(3) Required Terms and Conditions for VISA ON ARRIVAL (VOA)
There are totally 17 terms and conditions for Visa on Arrival (VOA) which are described in the home page of Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population, http://www.mip.gov.mm. Here are the require information for the participants who want to apply VOA.

We recommend Avenue 64 hotel if it fits your budget. However, for less expensive room, Royal Pavilion Hotel would be another option.
University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY) is 18.7 km from Yangon International Airport. We will provide transportation arrangement to pick up, drop off between Airport, Hotel and Meeting Avenue (UCSY).
