The 2021 IEEE Conference on Computer Applications (ICCA) will be organized by University of Computer Studies, Yangon under Ministry of Education, Myanmar. ICCA 2021 provides a forum for the presentation of technological advances and current research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental and applied computing and technologies. ICCA 2021, the 19th in the series that has been held annually since 2003, will bring together leading engineers and scientists in computer and information technology from around the world. The conference offers an excellent opportunity to learn and share the latest developments to interact with leading experts in the field. Dr. Jong Sou ParkFull Professor

Dr. Park received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering in 1994 from the Pennsylvania State University USA.
He got his M.S. in Computer Engineering in 1986 from North Carolina State University USA.
He got his B. S. degree in 1983 from Korea Aerospace University.
Dr. Park has published more 100 technical papers in the area of Network Security, and give lectures on Drone, Blockchain, IOT(Internet of Things) and VR(Virtual Reality). His research has focused on Network Security on Software Defined Network. Recently he is very interested in Blockchain and AI application on Precision Agriculture by using Drone technology.
Dr. Park was an Assistant Professor at Pennsylvania State University from 1994 till 1996. His duty at Pennsylvania State University was teaching and research. He has been working for Korea Aerospace University from 1998 until now and is holding a full Professorship at Korea Aerospace University in Software Dept.
He has performed many drone related projects on Agriculture and Mining Applications. Also he participates on many Blockchain education courses. He is currently involved in Korean Government Blockchain education and consulting POSCO and Hanhwa in Blockchain area. He is very interested in global Blockchain and AI education and consulting.

Dr. Sunyoung HanProfessor

Prof. Sunyoung Han received the B.S. degree in computer science from Seoul National University, and M.S. and Ph.D. degree in computer science from KAIST, Seoul, Korea, in 1977, 1979 and 1988, respectively.
He has been a professor emeritus in Konkuk University, Korea since September 2020.
Since 1981, he has been a professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Konkuk University, Seoul, Korea. he had been a member of Directors in Asia Pacific Advanced Network(APAN) from August 2014 to August 2018. He has been chair of KOREN(Korea Advanced Research Network) Forum from Jan 2009 to Dec. 2014. He had been a Dean of College of Information & Telecommunication, Konkuk University from Sept. 2004 to Feb. 2009.
He was visiting professor in Computer Science Dept. at University of Maryland, US from Jan. 1998 to Dec. 1998. He was visiting professor in Neusoft Institute of Information, China from Aug. 2009 to Jan 2010.
He was president of Open Standard & Internet Association, Korea in 2003.
He was Organizing Committee Chair of KRNET 2008 and KRNET 2009 which is the oldest Internet Conference in Korea. He was Organizing Committee Chair of M+K ICCR 2019 and M+K ICCR 2020.
His research interests include Software Defined Networking, IoT, Mobile Internet, IP Multicasting, and Real-time Distributed Communication Systems.
